1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Within City (Lahore): 1–2 working days
  • Other Major Cities (Punjab, KPK): 2–5 working days
  • Remote Areas (rural regions): 3–7 working days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, location, and service type:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 – 350
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.

6. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier services such as:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier website.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure your address and phone number are correct.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable

👉 Re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

10. Damaged / Lost Parcels

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide pictures as proof for claims.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
